Very poor treatment of subscribers

Very poor treatment of subscribers. No contact after subscription, first parcel arrives late with no prior dispatch notice - no response to customer service email query. Second monthly parcel, the whiskey again not dispatched in time for the live tasting, no dispatch email, zero response to customer service email again. Sadly have lost faith in what was a very exciting birthday gift that I would likely have kept subscribing to had I received a reasonable level of service.

Still a total scam

I still haven’t received a response to an of my mails (despite emailing them directly) and no whisky either - so the verdict stands - a scam!

Bought my husband a subscription on 17…

Bought my husband a subscription on 17 March. Expected his first one to be sent 8 April per the website. Nothing received. Not even an email to say dispatched. Cost a lot of money & haven’t received any of the subscription

Stay away from this Con Company

My Daughter purchased this for me her father for Christmas and spoke to them on the phone and advised she wanted a package with no peaty whisky which they agreed. The Christmas present opened and all that was sent was peaty whisky tried to cancel it and they would not cancel. Stay away from this total con company.

Absolutely atrocious sham of a company

Absolutely atrocious sham of a company. Their customer service is non existent. They consistently fail to ship out paid for subscriptions which just results in chargebacks being issued.

Take the money but no whisky

As per other comments received a voucher as a gift went to redeem and asked for payment details for age verification but took another payment have chased via emails but no response for refund - avoid scam artists

If I could give a zero I would

If I could give a zero I would. The service is HORRIBLE. Tried emailing multiple times over the course of a month. All emails ignored. Absolutely NO RESPONSE. Impossible to cancel and get a refund. The QR code doesn’t even work. Complete scam. Spending too much of my time chasing trying to get this resolved with no response. Learn from me and do not get this!!! I thought this would be a great gift but turned into a nightmare.

Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague. A link to the subscription was a link to have 15% off another purchase. £95 spent and only one sample received. Their incorrect link has resulted in Whisky me stating they will send no more samples. Very disappointed. An utter waste of money.

Activation issues

Bought a 12 month subscription for my son for his birthday and the first pouch arrived with the activation card. We tried several times to activate without success to realise the issue might be that I purchased the subscription on a slight discount. I've been repeatedly ignored on email and find myself writing a review on here to get their attention. My son has autism and is finding the whole lack of fulfillment of the superscription extremely difficult. Please Whiskey Me, contatc me to get this sorted.

Poor logistics and customer service

Ordered a 6 month gift. Recieved a tracking code in a couple days, thought this is great. 2 weeks later the tracking still said nothing. I reached out, and was told another would be sent out to me, no problem, same day i received the tracking for the new box. I thought this is great! No. There has been no movements on the new tracking. I have asked for a full refund. ———— Update 5 Feb After Whiskey Me reached out via email they were quite responsive, happy to cancel the order and provide a refund, even offering some free samples. Since this email I have not heard back from them confirming the cancellation or the refund or the promise of samples. I’ve followed up twice to get a confirmation of the refund and cancellation but again, silence.
