The process is very clear, I just have to follow the steps.
The delivery turned up with broken pieces of wood, but after sorting through it all and informing the Wickey team, they straight away sent out replacement parts. Overall happy and the playground is very good.
Middle range quality products - wood could be of better quality. Overall satisfied with the product considering the very good price range. Easy to install, very fun for the kids to play.
