Very deceptive! Product is shitty, barely works sometimes. They charge extra this and extra that. They say 30 day /7 day money back guarantee. THEN DENY THE REFUND I SENT WITHIN 4 DAYS. DONT PAY.
Started the 7 day free trial to see if the quality was on par with other software, just to have an alternative. Checked my bank account a day later and they had withdrew for the annual subscription. 65€ just gone and they refuse to refund Worst part is, if I liked the program I might’ve gone for their monthly subscription, but now that this has happened, I really dont think I want to support this bussiness, complete scam
I've never seen more blatant scammers in my life. They add a subscription charge you do not agree to when you purchase one of their products and then silently charge you that subscription a day after purchasing that product. I had cancelled the subscription and they had charged me it anyway. I'm having to fight my way through a case on PayPal because of this. Oh, and their product is absolutely terrible. They do not do what they say they can do. What a trashy company.

hi this says it covers all ipads, however when i connect it says my ipad pro gen 3 isn't covered, so why do you advertise all ipads? i want my money back please, however support is automated and cannot get past the automated system just saying your ipad is not supported. you are scammers and i want my money back and cancel the subsription or i'll see you in court
Its a scam site it will make you pay but the receive will be 0/10 its useless No refund will be made, I try to click refund in a few hours because I can't even use drfone app, this site wondershare will not give you a refund even you try to, just don't use this site or app just leave don't try to use it for your own safety
Bought the recoverit software with the intention of restoring a deleted file - was advertised a price of 62£ for the basic monthly price, but was charged 74£. Disputed the transaction but was sent a generic response along with a refusal to refund the money. The product was unused and I provided the access code to validate this, but was denied. Deeply dissatisfied. Put your money elsewhere.

I'm very upset with this company. I bought the lifetime version in 2022, and the other day there was a pop-up saying 'upgrade for free.' I clicked it, believing it, then after paying my Audiobook in Filmora, it asked me to subscribe. The newer version to over. I asked Meta AI to help her the old version back. We tried several methods, but Filmora made it completely unavailable. This is really bad business and extremely unfair, whereas other companies I paid for a lifetime offer never attempt anything so nasty (ProWritingAid, Speechelo, Atticus, Microsoft Office.) Now I am using the free Capcup instead, but I'm not sure what will happen next time I want to post an eight-hour audiobook up on YouTube. I'm not sure how Filmora can think that tricking old clients to pay a subscription will work in its favour. Very deceitful. So be careful not to clock the pop-ups, or Filmora 'Wonder' share will rob you blind. Indie authors have to pay for a lot, and this broke one is not happy at all.
I purchased Dr.Fone for an FRP unlock on a Tecno BF6, but it failed completely. I contacted support within the refund period, but agent Margaret refused to help unless I provided 'logs' from an uninstalled program. This is a scam to avoid giving refunds. My Wondershare ID is 474273936
Product doesn't work, and there's no customer support (other than useless AI that can't connect you to any representative). I wrote emails, waited for weeks for a reply, and never got one. They won't even let you leave a review on their page unless if it's a positive review! I've been robbed, and if I had the money, I would sue. Stay away!

I got an email but it didn't mention the fact that they billed me for 2 accounts when I only had 1. No refund, of course. The email only told me how to cancel my account - and when I followed the instructions given, they were wrong! Apparently AI is the only "I" at Wondershare. WHAT A TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! Original Review: This company is TERRIBLE to deal with. Forget ever dealing with a human, everything is done by AI. They double billed me for over $50/mo for 2 months. When I caught it the 2nd month, I asked for a refund for the duplicate billing. They refused.
