Use this package for editing my videos for my YouTube channel, I don't use all the whistles and bells, just what I need per video, thankfully there is enough free item choices for low end use, fair price too, quick to set up and user friendly, so all good 👍
I do not like subscriptions and decided to purchase the perpetual license. Well, after purchasing the license, I noticed how incredibly limited this software is! No future updates? Virtually no free effects? And the website's description of its limitations and silly "credit system" is incredibly ambiguous, at best! I reached out to ask for a refund, and they denied it. I was honest about my perception of the limitations (after paying $80), and they said, "Oh, that's a personal reason." You're damn right it's a personal reason! And this is probably the only company I have ever purchased a product from that lacks the customer service to provide a refund to a customer that is not satisfied with the product. STEER CLEAR FROM THESE PEOPLE! There is better software out there for visual creation!!!!!!!

This caused significant inconvenience and wasted a considerable amount of my time. I then contacted their customer support team to request assistance and a refund. Unfortunately, the process was extremely frustrating. My concerns were not handled seriously, and I did not receive a clear or satisfactory solution. Even more concerning, my refund request was not properly addressed. What made the situation worse is that I was charged again without my consent. This unauthorized charge only added to my frustration and reinforced my disappointment with the company’s practices. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Wondershare. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with caution and carefully review all terms before making any payment. I hope this message helps others avoid going through a similar situation.
I received this email... "This is the Wondershare Customer Service Team. We are reaching out proactively because we noticed you may be experiencing an issue related to the update window in PDFelement." I was still trying to figure out what caused the issue and never even contacted support. Followed the 2 simple steps in the email and issue solved! Not only is it a wonderful tool to have, the customer service is A+! Gives a whole different perspective to the words Proactive and Customer Service!
Filmora is a solid video editor. I don't think I'll ever switch any any other platform. Other Wondershare products are great too.
I am made lot of videos about my music product by AI features of WonderShare Filmora on YouTube and now my music stuff went viral in social media like TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram that is equal to 251111 plays per month.
We paid for the one‑off “Lifetime” licence for PDF Element on PC for two users. Everything worked perfectly until the latest update, when our version suddenly began crashing every time we tried to use it. We contacted Wondershare support multiple times. Their “solution”? Buy the newest version. When we explained repeatedly that we don’t want a new version, we just want the lifetime product we already paid for to function, we were ignored. No fix, no workaround, no acknowledgement of the issue. Just pressure to pay again. A “lifetime” licence that stops working the moment a new version comes out is not a lifetime licence. It’s upselling disguised as support. Avoid at all costs.
I downloaded the mobileTrans app to transfer sone data from my android phone to my new iphone based on the link saying "try for free." Once it was installed on my PC, I needed to purchase the product to even see if it would do what I wanted. I bought the subscription and attempted to do my transfer. It would not transfer the data I needed transferred. I called support, but they only offer "AI" support. There is NO WAY to talk to a live person, or to on-line chat with a live person. AI said I would need to send screenshots, log files and other documentation so their technicians could troubleshoot, and only if they could not resolve my issue would I receive a refund. In my opinion, that is an extremely misleading way to do business. UPDATE: Wondershare contacted me by email. They asked for screenshots and log files. I explained that there were no screenshots or log files because I was not able to even attempt the file transfer from phone to phone. They responded to my email informing me that they would be refunding my purchase price. I have verified that the refund is in process on my credit card. Wondershare did step up and provide good customer service and I am satisfied with the result of this interaction.
