His product knowledge and manner were both exceptional, particularly considering that I had some difficult and varied questions around integration of existing web stores and managing product lines within our store using multiple Epos devices. It's always a worry when a company rings to say they are moving their facilities to a new platform, necessitating changes to in-house systems. Rached Hamaida went above and beyond to make the process as simple as possible, and was responsive to questions throughout the setup process with clear and concise solutions.
