I finally got through to someone - 3 different departments and numbers later I was given an email address to contact I sent the email and it said undeliverable I then called and was told someone would call me today - surprise surprise no cal Tracey Theunissen - I apparently don’t exist in Worldpay world but I exist when you take money from me that you shouldn’t
It's always a worry when a company rings to say they are moving their facilities to a new platform, necessitating changes to in-house systems. Rached Hamaida went above and beyond to make the process as simple as possible, and was responsive to questions throughout the setup process with clear and concise solutions. It is customer service that makes a company stand out rather than the product and Worldpay stood out on this occasion.
Worst company i have ever delt with .say one thing charge you full .not even had marchine delivered and wanted 50 pounds off us when was told only 1 pound a month rental . Stay away you will be riped off

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. After a couple years they start to ROB your money. Increased rate ridiculously and feessss…. Cocky and aggressive representatives are very unreasonable and not even care about your business or respect their customers.

Contacted WorldPay via telephone and spoke with Tania Weldon. Great to deal with a person rather than a bot. Tania dealt with the couple of queries I had in a polite, professional and efficient manner. Helped set me up on the dashboard and also emailed me a couple of invoices that I was missing - just so I wouldn't have to wait. All done in a matter of minutes, with no hassle.
