The system and the reports have some holes in, but the support is there to fill them in and sort out anything you need. The service is also fast, no delays in getting answers.
Worst payment processor out there. They do nothing to assist merchants on their platforms, they have zero fraud detection procedures so you get hit with a bunch of chargebacks and they have hidden fees everywhere. Also you are stuck in a multi-year commitment which doesn't sound bad until you realize you are getting hit with random fees every month that you can do nothing about.

My agent Joshua Wilkinson helped us through a process of understanding the various nuances of the different product lines in order to find the perfect solution for us. He listened attentively, analysed our situation expertly and was able to highlight some misunderstandings I had made and suggest a far better solution that met our needs perfectly. His product knowledge and manner were both exceptional, particularly considering that I had some difficult and varied questions around integration of existing web stores and managing product lines within our store using multiple Epos devices. At last, I found someone on the other end of the line that could help me get my new equipment up and running. He didn't pass me from pillar to post, didn't say he didn't know what I was talking about or that something couldn't be done. He solved each and every query I had, with patience and kindness. I absolutely cannot fault Trevor's professionalism and knowledge.
Horrible company. Seemed okay at first but the second i put through a large transaction they held my money which was mine. It came from my account and even after providing proof they still kept on beating around the bush. I am going to end up having to dispute my transaction with my bank. I am very lucky the money was a direct payment from my account because had it been from a client, id have had to explain to him why i lost his money. In this case it is from my bank account so disputing the payment will not be a problem.
Horrible dashboard system compared to other merchant providers. I’ve been trying to set up additional user access, but with no success. The live chat support is equally frustrating — the chat times out before an agent responds, forcing you to repeatedly log out and back in just to reset it, only for the same issue to happen again due to excessive wait times. Very poor user experience and support.
Colum Deignan helped me sign up for the best rates with worldpay and his after sales services are also top class. He is responsive and helps with any issues like when I wanted to stop accepting Amex, he was brilliant and resolved it for me. I would recommend his services to any fellow retailers.
