Worst payment processor out there. They do nothing to assist merchants on their platforms, they have zero fraud detection procedures so you get hit with a bunch of chargebacks and they have hidden fees everywhere. Also you are stuck in a multi-year commitment which doesn't sound bad until you realize you are getting hit with random fees every month that you can do nothing about.
Horrible company. Seemed okay at first but the second i put through a large transaction they held my money which was mine. It came from my account and even after providing proof they still kept on beating around the bush. I am going to end up having to dispute my transaction with my bank. I am very lucky the money was a direct payment from my account because had it been from a client, id have had to explain to him why i lost his money. In this case it is from my bank account so disputing the payment will not be a problem.
Horrible dashboard system compared to other merchant providers. I’ve been trying to set up additional user access, but with no success. The live chat support is equally frustrating — the chat times out before an agent responds, forcing you to repeatedly log out and back in just to reset it, only for the same issue to happen again due to excessive wait times. Very poor user experience and support.
I finally got through to someone - 3 different departments and numbers later I was given an email address to contact I sent the email and it said undeliverable I then called and was told someone would call me today - surprise surprise no cal Tracey Theunissen - I apparently don’t exist in Worldpay world but I exist when you take money from me that you shouldn’t
Worst company i have ever delt with .say one thing charge you full .not even had marchine delivered and wanted 50 pounds off us when was told only 1 pound a month rental . Stay away you will be riped off
DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. After a couple years they start to ROB your money. Increased rate ridiculously and feessss…. Cocky and aggressive representatives are very unreasonable and not even care about your business or respect their customers.
Is the worst people to deal with? You can get help from them they have no experience on this game at all. They shouldn’t have this business then people is not well today. They have no clue what they’re talking. You’re calling on the phone if they let you for 40 minutes and they still not help you anything just avoid this from your business.
Would not recommend Worldpay to anybody.Customer service is awful, excessive fees. Terminal only works when it wants to. Call centres are based in different countries with very broken conversations. Phone lines are hard to get through. End of day banking misses payment all the time. Wouldn’t recommend Worldpay to anybody. Choose another company wisely
