The assistance isn't bad, but reviews fake

The assistance isn't bad, but as someone else has noted most of the 4/5 star reviews are clearly fake. Several even make the exact same comment with regards it being "developed by a few people" (as it that was vaguely relevant). I'm a bit surprised trustpilot doesn't detect these, which calls into question the integrity of trustpilot itself, somewhat ironically.
