Do not, I repeat DO not order from this company. After waiting 8 weeks for my order, one item is a completely different item than I ordered. The other item, even though I ordered a size larger than I wear, is soooo small that I can't get it over my shoulders. The quality and fabric is HORRIBLE. The company is offering coupons for a future purchase even though I requested a refund. I'll be filing a claim with PayPal.

I ordered four outfits on the website. I ordered two dresses and two pant suits. Three of the items I ordered didn't looked like the website. So, i decided to return them. All of the items are horrible. I asked for a refund. The company is only giving me a 50% refund. The company is punishing me for advertising items that don't look like the actual. Dont order anything from this company! They are scammers.
It took almost 2 months to get my dress and their return policy is a joke. Their return policy pretty much gives you every reason you CAN NOT return your order. It should tell you the only reason you can do a return... the page would be blank. READ IT, they are saying in the policy, you can't return due to material or style looking different because they give you a description. Well the dress fabric is horrible, thin as hell and not true to size. The top was tighter than the bottom half. And I think the reason it takes 2 months is because when you place the order, they get cheap thin material and sew it once the order is placed. lol DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE!!
I an unable to get a time frame from your staff as to when my item will arrive. I email support and they were unable to give me a time. The conversation went nowhere. This company should be able to let customers know exactly when they will receive the merchandise.

I honestly wouldn’t recommend trusting them. If you do decide to order from them, make sure you go through PayPal and do not enter your credit card details directly on their site. I truly believe I would never have gotten my money back if I hadn’t used PayPal. The only reason I was able to recover my money was because PayPal stepped in. Otherwise, I’d probably still be waiting with the same repeated responses and no actual resolution. I ordered a dress at the beginning of March, and we’re now in the middle of May — still no shipping details, no updates, and no dress. Every single time I emailed them, I was told it would take “another 20 days.” At this rate, I’d probably receive the dress by December. The dress was meant for a wedding this weekend, so in the end I just gave up and requested a full refund. I shop online all the time and have for years, so I understand international shipping delays. But this was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. First and last time ordering from them.
This company/website should shut down, They’re masquerading as if this is a reputable company, they’re Far from that. They’re advertising exquisite AI dresses, there is no dress maker, just low budget,and low rate materials, I can’t believe I wasted my time and money, I’m going to file a police report for this nonsense of a dress they sent me. I ordered a mother of the bride dress March 12, for my daughters wedding, never heard anything from them in regards to my dress, I literally had to message them, asking why haven’t I got any updates, they went on to say that it’s not pre made, I didn’t receive the dress for a month and a half later. The dress, the picture and what I received, is nothing but a joke, I thought, am I being pranked? This isn’t what I ordered, it isn’t even close to what I ordered It’s not only absurd, I have to spend more money and go to a bridal shop or Macys now Clearly, they’re are scammers, they cannot sew, they have no skills nor do they don’t sell or make upscale dresses. They sell you a dream. They messed my whole experience up. Not only do they owe me for my dress they had the nerve to ask me for a tip, that was actually a red flag. Why are asking for a tip? I ordered a product from this website weeks ago and the delivery took far longer than promised. There were barely any updates about the shipping status, and trying to contact customer service was a waste of time because no one responded to my questions. It’s frustrating to spend money on something and then be ignored when you need help. Very disappointing experience overall, and I would not recommend ordering from this site. Along with taking my money from my account, with no shipping updates.
I ordered a suit for an adult prom, details below. It took approx. 3 weeks to arrive, not a problem for me. The pants were too short & the style inappropriate to wear as crop pants. I contacted customer service for a return label. I was instructed to first send a photo of the item that I wished to return so the condition could be verified. I took a photo clearly showing the tags still on the item. I get a response and an offer of 30% of the cost of the item or pay for return shipping myself. I write back that I will pay for shipping and request a return address or shipping label. There has been no response after sending multiple requests for return address and no refund. SCAM, dresses look nothing like the images. HALLOWEEN dresses. I ordered two dresses and a waistband. It took FOREVER to arrive (~3 weeks), and therefore, I couldn’t wear it for the event I initially ordered it for. BUT thank GOD! When it finally arrived, I was shocked! One dress looked like a Halloween costume. It was so cheap and poorly made that no woman would ever wear it to a formal gathering. The other was unwearable based on how it was sewn. The waistband was some cheap, cut fabric with Velcro sewn on at random places. I thought it was a joke! I contacted the merchant, and after days they responded and wanted me to pay for shipping back to them or to keep the junk and refund me 30% or provide a coupon for a future purchase. What?!? I would never purchase anything from them again. I spent over $126 on items worth a maximum of $19.99 at the Halloween shop. I explained I didn’t want any of the items and I wanted a full refund. I was not willing to pay a cent for the overpriced trash they mailed me. I had already paid for shipping to get these items that arrived well after I expected, and they refused to pay for shipping back to them.
RED FLAG!! WARNING I would give 5 red flags and zero stars if I could. Dress arrived to small so not true to size and quality was poor. I returned the dress and met every standard they required to return it. 2 months later I still have not received my credit back.
