This is a complete scam. Very misleading that you sign up for a trial and then are charged without knowing you've apparently signed up to a 4 weekly subscription. I noticed 2 payments were taken via Paypal, (£38.95 and £29.95) I had no idea what for. I sent them an email to request a refund of these payments and cancel the 'subscription' I didn't realise I had, and just got an automated email back. I then got an email stating I can cancel my subscription via the app. Just go into my profile - Account Management and then Cancel Subscription. I followed these instructions but all I can do in the Account Management is either change my email address or password, nothing about cancelling subscriptions. Any communication is replied to with the same automated email and a 'How did we do' survey. I haven't been able to get any answers as to how I can cancel these payments and get a refund. It's either a company that has very poor communication with it's customers or a total scam. Avoid at all costs.
