Hi people,does anyone know what's happening despite the company going into administration with all the payments and part models we have,I'm stuck with part of the Titanic build can anyone advise....thankyou
For those that don't know, the company has gone bust. I had been building the Enterprise D for quite some time and only got half way through it and over the last couple of months or so their operating practices had been really questionable. They had started charging and delivering every 2 weeks rather than once a month. Once I put them right on that, they sent me a part that was damaged and since asking for a replacement they went dark. Now I know why. This is really frustrating since this subscription has cost me at least 600 quid thus far for what will now always be an unfinished model. Real shame since it was a high quality build.
I started this Back to the future build with Eaglemoss, and right now i deeply regret parting with any money at all. I get my parts delivered, Have had a few delivery issues and have had to wait like 6 weeks the longest. Same old excuse when emailed or phoned, waiting on supplier. I received issue 59 back in mid Feb... no parts, so 5 months on i have had all issues up too 103 with parts or some missing and had them replaced, but still no parts for issue 59, hence cant continue with my build. I am so fed up that this will be last time i bother with this Company. Don't waste your money with them, i wish i hadn't !!
Eaglemoss are a complete waste of time. Ordered a (Star Trek) model last October, and there's always an excuse why its not sent when I email them every few months. They constantly sent emails advertising new items, but never delivered the one and only item I ordered 10 months ago! Now they have gone into administration, which is no surprise, so hoping to get a refund at some point. I would recommend everyone requests a refund for their items before its too late! I like how they only reply to the positive reviews, but ignore the complaints...
Something is up with the company, my orders are just sitting there or something and I’m not getting money back from the company who doesn’t respond to calls or emails at the moment, ordered in june.
Pre-ordered a Fallout figure over a year ago, no delivery updates for months, messenger sales support said delays on manufacturing because of covid and the war in Ukraine (how this even comes into it?) This was of course all a lie, as the company has now shut down completely and no longer exists.
Not impressed at all, apparently had stock up to certain issues for the Titanic build, kept taking money until all the stock was gone. Had message saying they're having stock issues, then hit with the news of administration. No message explaining the issue and what we may expect to see. Poor show from Eaglemoss. What on earth do I do with a build that is not complete? Annoying as you have failed on your commitment to supply a full build kit.
High quality models at fair prices. I have a lot of their models and they have always treated me well.
sadly eagle-mess is no more reading a few post if oyu paid by card contact your band i am calming back £120 for the never arriving mega cyberman, i stopped doing pre orders as was fed up them taking money, i also have 5 pay-pal claims in luckily all withing the time limit, i dont know if pay-pal will honer any claims best to call them and ask, the company was always a shambles with the dr who range but they could have at least put out somthing on the web site, to let buyers know, instead we wound out from other buyers on Facebook
I have 6 Build-Up subscriptions on-going, with +2-3k $$ invested in them and they are all not currently shiping. One hasn't had kits ship in over 10 months, another in 8 months, and another in 4 months. The rest I have had sprinkling of kits here and there; maybe going a couple months at a time. Now the credit card I use for these had to get re-issued due to an unrelated fraud charge, and now I can't get it updated because Eaglemoss's Support (phone and live chat) says they are closed/not-open during their posted business hours... WHAT ? So now even the subscriptions that are shipping irregularly are halted because I can't even get the payment info updated. In my own biased opinion, the UK parent company needs to step in and sort this out with some executive actions. Eaglemoss make AMAZING products, for which I have MANY and comprise the bulk of my scale-model collectibles. Why do they not have a customer-portal subscription management system??? It looks like they have an portal for UK/Euro customers, but even it doesn't have yet all their subscriptions populated; not for any US customers. I guess I just have to keep trying and pray.
Mixed experience so far. Made a few orders, most of them didn't send me a confirmation email but some have been dispatched. Little worried because not everything has been dispatched AND I've got m no communication from them yet

Waiting, like many others, for the final two issues of Ecto-1. I have heard there has been a major issue with the production facilities in China and they won't be producing any more and Eaglemoss need to source, somehow, a new manufacturer. This will take months, if years. I have an incomplete model with no hope of finishing and spent over £1000
Avoid at all cost. Build the eleanor mustang and still waiting for issue 15. No delivery since May. Latest excuse delay buy don't know what the delay is. Pathetic excuses every time. They must do a course in excuses and lies to customers. Nil customer service and emails ignored. Do yourselves a favour and avoid eagletoss I mean eaglemoss. Update. Below is the standard answer from eaglemoss and when you do email them you get ignored and get given FEEBLE excuses. Update. After contacting customer service for them to "investogate" was given the usual fob off and excuse saying there is a delay at the warehouse processing orders. How many more excuses and lies can they use. They must be running out of excuses.
Don’t bother ordering go elsewhere! Paid for next day deliver and had a confirmation email. Emailed the day after the parcel was supposed to arrive and got no reply. Rang up when the parcel was 3 days late to be told it wasn’t in stock. No email to apologise or to tell me it was out of stock so would have still been waiting for the parcel if I had not of rang up!
