Wrote a review about "Out of stock" items. Three orders, two items, 13 total "out of stock" items. I have stated that I think they over-sell items. Their response was "Our shop does not allow sales of items beyond the quantity currently listed in inventory. Unfortunately, some issues with the remaining stock may cause problems with fulfillment". Some issues? What issues? Selling more than they have is the issue. Yet they expect you to believe that what they say is the truth. Other reviewers have stated the same issue.
I'm waiting for months now for some items. Customer service did order new ones for me for free but I still haven't received them. The second time I complained about this, I still have to received their answer, and the items. Eaglemoss has very nice items but shipment, delivery and customer service could improve very much.
Very easy to find the item i was after, and it was discounted which is always a bonus. I ordered before 5.30 and requested a next day delivery and thats what i got. Very impressed, easy to use and a very fast service.

After a delay in appearing on the online shop the much sought after servo robot finally materialised. As usual the service was excellent with a Friday order being delivered on the following Monday. DPD and Eaglemoss seem to work well together. No sign online of the raston warrior or impaled cyberman yet but hopefully soon….

I came across this site by chance after price comparing with Amazon and I’m so glad I did. The Doctor Who sets I bought are great quality arrived very quickly and I ended up paying nearly half what I would of for the same items on Amazon. I would highly recommend Eaglemoss and will most certainly be using them again.
Products are fantastic, always packaged safely, and quick delivery. Was only disappointed with not being able to use a virtual Mastercard on the site, they only offered debit/credit card option. I emailed my query but haven’t had a response over a week later. Products 5* Customer service 1*
