Great experience. Driver was waiting for us at the airport holding a sign with my name clearly displayed. She was friendly, helpful and informative. The car was clean, comfortable and well driven.

Like that it’s quick to search for options but didn’t spot the box in the search to select number of adults - with the default value being 1 and no confirmation screen I accidentally booked for 1 adult instead of 2 and didn’t realise until I saw the email confirmation. Wouldn’t let me update myself without trying to charge me full instead of discounted price, but the chat support person updated for me. Could’ve saved a lot of hassle if it was more obvious upfront or it let you apply discount code when updating booking.
