Got on at premier inn to go to T2 at 12.42pm Asked the driver if he could tell me the time of the last bus back so I could decide if I wanted a return or not. He said don’t know and shrugged.I then said you drive for Hoppa can u find out.He said no aggressively.At thst point my friend alighted the bus.I again asked if he could find out as it was important as we would be coming back after 10pm and did I need to buy a return. He then said get off my bus As I tried to get off he purposely shut the doors and hurt my arm. I then said that’s technically assault I think I will inform the police.He said do that and drove off.My arm is very bruised and I am disgusted at his manner.ive used this service a lot and all the drivers have always been so helpful.I took a photo of the registration and the time etc and complained to Hoppa. He’s not a great representative for Hoppa
Disgusting disgraceful such a scam beware !!! Driver never showed after an hour had to get another Airport taxi in the early hours. Return journey imposter ( not the same I’d photo on WhatsApp!!) obviously sub contacted out to a someone with a dirty smelly car with no Taxi or photo ID visible Dangerous could have been anyone !!! Would not recommend to anyone and will be seeking full refund and compensation.!! Worse overseas transfer experience in 50 years of Travelling overseas. !!!
The Booking was easy on their website. Trusted chauffeur arriving on time and earlier if requested. My experience in Japan with hoppa was fantastic, I will recommend them to my friends.

Cannot amend my return pickup due to flight rescheduling. Online help useless and when I tried to call and went through all the menu options I get a message saying they no longer accept incoming calls. Frustrated and angry
Left stranded for return journey a party of 4 senior citizens in Tenerife north island .outward journey was fine. Driver did not turn up , phone calls , couldn’t locate the driver . REFUSED to send any transport ie a taxi for us , the advice was get yourselves to the airport , get yourselves a taxi and file a complaint .YOU PAY ! So £110 equivalent taxi fare (we were helped by a local hotel receptionist who was appalled by the service , as she did the phone calls for us initially.We were not staying there. An Angel sent in our hour of need . Filed a complaint , they don’t refund your taxi fare , they do the “refund the cost of the return journey plus fifty percent and think it’s good enough . This took nearly a month , appalling service . I think they should have refunded the taxi fare (receipts were provided plus the return transport cost as a goodwill gesture . They are totally absent in their duty of care .
This review is about a past transfer on 7/4 and a new booking on 15/5. The transfer went well although the card the driver was holding up at the airport was incorrect so I missed him, but after a quick phone call with the office he came and found me. Transfer from then on was great. This made me book again for a return transfer from a private address in Marmaris back to Dalaman. Easy to book and much cheaper than booking a taxi in the resort especially as there was a special discount! I am sure the driver will turn up and be on time but will certainly review the journey.
Relatively good but just a little confused as wether to put pick up time or flight time on return journey... I didn't think it was clear.
