It took me over 2 hrs to book…. I eventually had to do it on my phone. On the laptop when I eventually got all the details to come up, it wouldn’t take payment! I very nearly gave up and would’ve got a taxi from airport!

Travelled using hoppa in Bodrum - car was immaculate and high end mercedes, driver was friendly and communicated brilliantly with Google translate. Gave us cold water. Great experience will use again.
It was hard to work out what transport we needed as we have an electric scooter and 4 people but we ended up booking a 6 seater for more as we didn’t know if the scooter and 4 cases would fit in.

RIPPED OFF - Booked a private water taxi transfer from the airport in venice for a special occasion / arrival, unfortunatley hoppa just supplied a std road taxi, we have been emailing hoppa for a number of weeks in order to refund the difference in cost from what we had ordered to what was recieved. Unfortunatley despite initial correspondance saying they would investigate, we now have radio silence!!

Always used hopppa. But should be a section to request a car safety seat?? I have a 6 year old travelling with us this time.. and no options for this ??

Our driver for private transfer did not turn up we were the last flight landing for the night. We had no Internet and a 2 year old child stranded alone at 2.30am at Dalaman airport. We paid for a taxi and it was very expensive.
