Kiwi will not help you if your problem is less than 48 hours before you fly, but they accept changes from airlines even up to a few hours before you fly, and just pass the changes on, and say they cannot help you, even when you have paid extra for premium service. I had 3 last minute changes, the last one meaning I would miss my onward flight, and each time I could only get responses from their useless chatbot Nathan who told me to go away and contact the airline myself directly. Clearly Kiwi are on the side of the airlines (who probably pay them more than passengers do). I will never use them again. On my long Asian trip there were many last minute changes they passed on and did not help with, one meant I had to fly through the night, even though I had booked day time tickets, another I had to spend hours chasing airlines on the phone to re-instate my booked flights when they changed my booking within 20 hours of departure and I would miss connections with the same airline (it got resolved only 6 hours before I flew - with expensive long international phone calls - very stressful!) . Each time, Kiwi said I should contact the airline myself, even though I had premium service to help with changes and problems. It is not worth booking with them to save a few Euros and then you get bumped from flights because these slightly cheaper seats are the first ones the airlines move around when flights start getting full. I will never use Kiwi again.

Hello, I am getting marry next weekend and i go to Greece on nuptials, i reserve the fly to go by another company and everything ok, but to comeback to Portugal i reserve the fly by Kiwi. I am not sure if i log in with my email, i am allmost sure, of course i would not put another mail that its not mine or even if i made a mistake with all my documents (payment comprovative, names, date of birthday) should not be difficult do find the tickets.. I send a mail to kiwi explaning the situation, a virtual assistence responde automatically, but didnt help. I try to contact via phone, its AI that speaks, i say that i want to speak with real person and its says that cannot transfer the call.. I Send more mails with all they need and any real person responde to me and now i dont know what i can do. I will try to contact directly Ryanair and try that they find the tickets or do something else, because the comunication with Kiwi and the situation is more than horrible!
