Poor quality, delayed shipment

I purchased a 172 cm black Kerplunk radiator cover in September last year and got it exactly after 3 months. What’s frustrating though was that the company did not bother removing their false advertisement of getting free shipment within the next working day from their website. I regret buying this radiator cover because the exterior had several obvious scratches and faded paint in the middle. Next, it was impossible to attach the other end of the panel because a connecting pipe on the radiator was in the way. The end result was a wobbly and unsafe structure which I cannot use for decorative purposes. I wanted to return this but it says on the website that I would have to pay for shipment. I also can’t wait for another few months to get a replacement because it’s just too stressful. Lastly, the free phone grip worth £7 was rubbish which I binned right away.
