I placed an order online for a shower tray, glass panel and a bidet. I received an email a few days later stating that the shower tray was out of stock. Then I was informed that the bidet was also out of stock. Received a delivery date for the 10th of June and I should have had a tracking number and notification two days prior, spoke to Abbie who called me back to confirm that the items would be delivered on the Thursday 10th of June. Called on the 9th to get a tracking number I was then informed that the delivery would be with me on Friday 11th not Thursday as promised. Received the delivery on the 11th and found that the Bidet was chipped. Rang and spoke to Lauren who checked the system and informed me that they had the item in stock, and I would have to email customer services with photographs of the faulty item to get a replacement. I have had to make numerous calls to try and speak to someone at customer services. There were a lot of promises of a call back, but it never happens. Eventually I spoke to Bridget a director who has promised me that a new bidet will be delivered straight from the manufacture by Tuesday/Wednesday. On Wednesday 16th June, rang and spoke to Jess to find out at what time the item would be delivered only to be informed that the item was missed off the van, so I have just wasted my time waiting for a delivery that was not coming. Having spoken Bridget I requested a refund, In the email that I received from Bridget confirming the refund her words were “If you do feel that you would trust us in the future, please contact me directly where I will do my best to ensure you receive the best price and service on any future orders.” Why is it that we are not able to get the best price and service online when we place the order? Do we get the best price and service only when something is wrong with the order? It would have been great if Bridget were willing to give me a discount as a goodwill gesture for all time hassle that I have had with this order that way, I may consider using them in the future. The service that I have received has been extremely poor to say the least, they say that they have systems in place to deal with problems it seems that on this occasion it has failed.
