I booked with you once several years ago. Today, the first time I’ve downloaded the app and booked a hotel with Agoda. My experience feels no different than it did back then. Honestly, I think you really need to make your interface easier for customers to read and understand. I felt completely overwhelmed trying to decipher the room rates and details. You should take a cue from Booking.com—their layout is easy on the eyes and completely free of confusion. I would love to continue being a customer of yours; I simply ask that you give my feedback some serious consideration.
