I received quick, clear assistance in completing an account ownership change. The technician stayed on the line to make sure I was able to complete each step of the process and was patient and courteous in addressing all my questions. The security steps included in the process appear to be sufficient to protect the service without being overly cumbersome. I was able to complete my portion of the task while on the call.
