I had a big problem... one of the plug ins on my Wordpress website caused the website to be down. I entered a chat with a Hostgator rep and they disabled all the plugins and instructed me to activate them one by one. When I activated the plug in that made the site inactive again, they disabled it again for me so i could delete it and get the site permamently up again. Very great service and very quick

Hostgator Support were very helpful and patient. I required assistance in regard to email hosting with Hostgator, yet my domain is hosted by GoDaddy. The representative guided me to make amendments in GoDaddy and Hostgator and assisted me to have better email reputation, meaning less emails will go to recipient's spam folders, etc.
Swathi saved the day for me. I lost control of my website it was being redirected and he saved me what someone quoted me 800$ to fix.
The rates keeps increasing and the discount offered although welcomed do not make up for a long standing customer. I am forced to look elsewhere before my next renewal as can not keep up with the current rates of HG.
My website was down and was configured oddly. Customer service was very helpful and remained with me until the problem was solved.
Tried to get help from the telephone / voice AI assist to no avail (was actually quite frustrating) and I was disconnected while holding for an agent. Then I clicked on the "online CHAT" button on the website and was immediately connected to a knowledgeable person who found the problem, enacted the solution and helped with a couple other questions I had. They were polite and patient. This was such a relief!
