If I could give zero star I would. One full day and still counting I cannot log into my account and work my files. not allowed to talk to tech support, they don't call, they just chat and the AI give zero assistance.I managed to get in but I had to refresh my browser for something else then could not get back in...again. In fact it is even worse than before as i cannot even get to tech chat to reach the terrible dreaded AI. No big surprise they didn't even maintain a 2 star here. save your energy...go elsewhere for CRM. They can sign you quick enough with a phone call but do zero to assist after the fact. My sales rep Kevin was of no use at all. he told me he was in a 3hr meeting and would call then. he never did. He just sent some ridiculous email to brush me off. He even asked me to stop texting him. I guess I was bothering him to much. Again save your time and energy. The system itself is not bad but when things go wrong...no one can help. period end of story. I'll add an update on day 2 of my adventure. This has become a sport as I am simply curious now how long it will take to fix things. I was told it should take 72 hours for my super administrator to fix things. Don't know who this super administrator is and nor did they, so I have no idea how this person will find out I've even got a problem. It is almost laughable at this point
Misleading billing process and extremely poor support response: We’ve been HubSpot customers and use the platform heavily, but our recent experience with their billing and support has been extremely disappointing. A few weeks ago, we set up what we understood to be a limited AI/Breeze credit package for a specific workflow. The goal was simple: extract UTM data from URLs in HubSpot. We believed we were adding a limited amount of credits, around $100, for that use case. Instead, this apparently enrolled us into an automatic upgrade path that significantly increased our billing. This was not clearly explained, and we never knowingly agreed to an ongoing automatic upgrade or larger billing commitment. What makes this worse is the lack of support. We emailed HubSpot multiple times starting almost a month ago and received no meaningful response. Only after I called their sales line did someone finally start responding. That is unacceptable for a company of HubSpot’s size, especially when the issue involves unexpected billing increases. We are not trying to avoid paying for legitimate usage. We are asking HubSpot to acknowledge that this process was unclear and misleading, refund the unintended charges, and make sure we are not locked into ongoing billing for something we never meant to purchase. HubSpot is a powerful platform, but this experience has seriously damaged our trust. Billing changes should require clear consent, and support teams should respond quickly when customers raise urgent billing concerns.
unbelievable. great CRM, greediest company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. You WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT GET SUPPORT, EVEN IF YOU PAY FOR IT. the app breaks constantly, no way to fix it, so unless you can afford to just quit for the day a few days a week when hs dies, then PAY THE EXTRA MONEY FOR SALESFORCE WITH SUPPORT or go through a third party. IGNORE THIS OPTION ENTIRELY THEY'LL BE DEAD WITHIN 4 YEARS.
These people are scammers! My business subscription was cancelled over a year ago and I have not used the CRM in any way since then. However, out of the blue, HubSpot has taken over £500 from my companies bank account without warning or any authority to do so. They are impossible to get hold of on the phone and, because I no longer have a subscription to their product, I am unable to log-in online to raise a ticket for complaint. HubSpot have literally stolen money from my company without providing any service or any explanation. Their behaviour is criminal but, as they are based in the U.S. it seems that they are getting away with it time and again. Scammers!
DO NOT BUY THEIR SOFTWARE They get you started to using the CRM and software on a monthly subscription but fail to tell you once you are in the subscription, you have to pay till the end of year. Even if you don't use the account and receive no support, you still have to pay. Better go with Zoho or literally any other software that provide the flexibility of cancellation when you are not receiving a good service.
Worst CRM platform out there. No flexibility and fixed contracts, that can't be changed. They still act like companies are from 1998.
DO NOT EVER GET AN ACCOUNT WITH HUBSPOT. i called the sales team for 14 days trial and the guy told me i could request a call back from the technical team that would explain to me options. Apparently that was a lie. I tried many times to contacted them impossible . They just lost a client and thank God it was early to discover how unserious they are
Not one to write reviews however I think it's important for people to understand the Hubspot model. 1. Price increases extremely quickly with additional services which you will almost certainly need. 2. Unbelievably complicated. 3. When locking into a contract they cover themselves by setting you up in a "training program" which once passed you're deemed competent. 4- Almost zero support after you're locked in, unless you want to pay more of course. As a small business owner I would advise almost everyone to explore other suitable options.
Have reported them as they will not take no for answer. Not interested in their services, have told them so, blocked the number and they just call from another.
It's unbelievable that this company is still in business. Unfortunately, we signed a two-year contract. After four months, we stopped using it. The analytics and functionality are from the last century. You need an agency for everything. It's not intuitive at all. We've complained multiple times, but HubSpot won't give us a refund, and we can't terminate the contract early. This is no way to manage modern customer relationships. I strongly advise against using them, and I do.
The tool looks promising but has so many bugs, flaws that's difficult to work with, not to mention onboarding new team members. You have to remember EXACTLY what NOT to click or what order not to break anything. Examples of the nonsenses I am dealing with: 1. In the CRM, contact, compose email. Write an email for an hour collecting all the data via many phone calls. Accidently click on "Note" - your email is lost and not recoverable. 2. You can't strikethrough the text. Just cannot. 3. Two lines of text have a different font family, try to change them both to be the same - nope... do it line by line. Then, the pricing is so complex, I guess not even CEO of Hubspot knows how to calculate the estimated cost of the usage.
Scum company that sells personal information without permission from the data subjects. If you buy ther mailing lists you are scum too, by association.
Wish i read this before I signed up with them
Horrible experience - Avoid!
Hubspot CRM is a very disappointing tool. Their promotion of the tool is far from what you get when you sign up for their packages. I signed up for a paid package and I regretted it the moment I logged in. Unfortunately, I did not take the free trail version before committing.
