Staff in Morocco 🇲🇦 for Ryanair are absolutely disgusting human beings.
We wanted to travel to Alghero in Sardinia on a specific day and Ryanair booked us on a flight to Milan Bergamo and an onward connection to Alghero. However there was one 1.25 hours between the flights so there was no way that anyone could get through immigration that quickly, let alone go out into Arrivals and back through security! We managed to make the flight because it was delayed by 30 mins, and then only because of the kindness and help of the immigration staff and other passengers in the queue for security. There is absolutely no way that Ryanair should be offering those flights as a viable route.
Wish I could put minus stars. Customer service is appalling. When you contact customer services, they "close" or "resolve" cases that are far from resolved. Palm you off. Very rude and abrupt messages too. It's clear they do not want to help their customers, refuse any kind of explanation for rude staff, product unavailability, unfair treatment of others etc. Avoid at all costs. I used to be a frequent flyer with them but wont go near them now.
Smelly flight, with uncomfortable creaky seat. I couldn't even try to sleep as I was constantly blasted with announcements on PA about buying lottery tickets, perfume and whatever other crap they try to sell you. I only booked my flight with Ryanair because the price was half the competition. Only to find that I got over charged due to my backpack not fitting double the price of the original ticket. Do not fly Ryanair.
How do I give a 0 here. For no reason was made to check my bag and to fit it in that shit measurements they have and had to pay 50£ more than my actual ticket mind you for this bs. But the worse isn't even that I carried 2 laptops one personal and one for work and they were telling to remove them from the bag and carry them on my lap for a 2h flight, like how abysmal customer service is that, in what world are the laptops safer in my lap of my bag during a flight. HORRENDOUS NEVER AGAIN
I’m extremely disappointed with our recent Ryanair flight from Tenerife to London Luton on Monday 18 May, departing at 15:20, while travelling with a one-year-old child. Unlike other airlines such as EasyJet, there was absolutely no support or consideration for families with small children. At the bag drop, despite travelling with a toddler who obviously cannot stand in long queues, the staff member refused to let us through earlier, even though other passengers kindly offered to let us pass. At the gate, there was also no priority boarding offered for families with babies. Again, this is something many other airlines provide as basic customer care. The most frustrating part happened on board. We were seated separately despite travelling as a family with a baby. I politely asked the lead cabin crew member whether we could sit together, and I was told the flight was completely full. However, after boarding was completed, there were around nine empty seats available, including seats with extra legroom. My husband was only allowed to move after take-off, which made boarding and settling a toddler unnecessarily stressful. The baby changing facilities were also extremely cramped and impractical. Overall, the attitude of the staff felt cold, dismissive and unfriendly throughout the journey. No smiles, no willingness to help, and absolutely no positive impression left after the flight. Travelling with a baby is already exhausting enough — a little basic kindness and flexibility would make a huge difference.
10 h delay and more more more
Worst online check-in experience ever. You buy tickets for 3 people using Google single sign-on, and everything seems done, although the seat selection process was pretty confusing. Then, on the day of online check-in, to avoid paying the €55 fee, you suddenly can't log in with Google anymore. I tried creating an account, but neither the app nor the website would let me. The last resort was resetting my password, even though with Google login you shouldn't need to set up a separate password for the website at all. Anyway, I ended up converting the existing account to use a password instead of Google login. Next came an exhausting marathon through the website s check-in wizard, filled with banners and upsell offers at every step. Then came another surprise charge: €23 to select a seat for one passenger, which I thought had already been paid for earlier. At that point, I felt scammed. Ryanair doesn't inspire trust. Their website is confusing and feels amateurish when it comes to the authentication system. Worst login experience I had in my life.
Currently sat in the airport and have now lost a full day of our holiday because Ryanair are liars. They make it look like they have good early morning flight times, but everytime they delay till the afternoon. Never flying with these A holes again!!
Extremely disappointing experience with Ryanair. I paid extra to upgrade to Priority specifically to avoid issues with baggage, yet I was still forced to pay an additional €120 at the gate. My carry-on fit within the size requirements, but staff refused to listen or even properly check it. What made the situation worse was the inconsistency — my daughter’s carry-on bag, which was larger than mine, was allowed through without issue, though she was later charged separately for a backpack. When I tried to calmly point out the contradiction, we were rushed through the line, pressured into immediate payment, and treated with complete disrespect. The customer service was shockingly poor. We were spoken to dismissively and treated without professionalism, courtesy, or basic human decency. I understand policies must be enforced, but they should at least be applied fairly and communicated respectfully. This experience left us feeling humiliated and taken advantage of.
Not even a one. Just got totally scammed. Booked and bought flights, got a notification months later to say they’d ‘rescheduled’ my flight to the next day but I could book another one free of charge if that one wasn’t convenient. Turned out that the flight I was originally on was still available (so why was I re-sheduled to the next day) but when I tried to re-book it I had to pay for my seats again! So basically I’ve paid for my seats twice - due a party of ten!
Very disappointed with the behaviour of a female member of staff at the Ryanair customer service desk at East Midlands Airport on Sunday 5 April 2026. My 12-year-old son has ASD, so we approached special assistance for help making sure he could sit with me during the flight. The special assistance staff were absolutely wonderful, especially Kerry, who kindly walked us over to the Ryanair desk. Unfortunately, the experience with the Ryanair desk staff was completely different. The woman behind the desk spoke loudly and dismissively in front of other passengers, repeatedly saying the flight was full, over capacity, and that she had passengers she needed to get onto the plane. We were calm throughout and had already explained that my partner was happy to sit separately if needed. The whole interaction made us feel like an inconvenience and caused unnecessary distress to my son, who later told me he had been shaking during the encounter. What made it worse was that, after insisting nothing could be done, she then changed the seating and seated me with my son anyway. Kerry from special assistance apologised to us afterwards despite having nothing to do with the situation and said herself that she was shocked by the behaviour. A little kindness and discretion would have made all the difference.
what's the point of a priority ticket when CHP ryan air staff don't even check it and confirm I have a cabin bag included. A staff was aggressively telling me my bag was over the limit despite it fitting the requirements. Look I get it economy world wide is hard and everyone want's to make a buck and I get it it's cheap but it's just insane to me that even though you buy additional add on's with this service you still get stepped on and treated like dirt congrats to that lady that made her commssion. Will try my best to avoid this airline in the future , I'd rather pay more than having to deal with unwelcoming customer service I hope ryan air train's their staff with better manners so other people don't have to deal with that shit. This is heads up to future customers this company is a scam go to other airlines.
Rigid booking system, cant amend , cant split the booking etc. I hate Ryanair with passion, but I have no alternative option than swallow my pride and use them again and again. Id give it a 0 if I could.. I cant, so its a very generous 1 for them greedy chops.
Hey, Love to see mostly only bad reviews here (not expecting anything else for sure 😂), but still the cheapest airline to get around :) I’m tired of those constant middle seat warnings if you don’t buy a seat in advance :))) I can sit in the toilet for a £10 cheaper ticket – I’d actually love to do that 😂 Please add a “sit in the toilet” option! Anyway, sometimes only one toilet works on the plane... Not sure how people can pay £20 for a seat on a 2-3 hour flight.. Hope you all had safe flights, everybody good @ Horosho :)
