Literally been waiting weeks for an answer no one can seem to give me. Every reply is generic ai crap. No one can actually help fix my account and fix the reserve thing that is literally there for no reason, not allowing anyone to purchase from my website that I pay a ton of money for. I’ve never had a return. I’ve never had an issue. They say it should only take 2-3 days to fix. But it’s been weeks that I’m aware of the problem (and who knows how long before a customer brought it to my attention). I’d love to know how I’m supposed to sell products without a working website?! What exactly am I paying for if no one can actually help me or tell me anything? 🤔
Squarespace has horrible customer service. The reply time could take weeks. This is 2026 and the response time is horrifying. They need a live chat without folks having to sign in and they need a 24/7 customer service line. I currently have an account I can’t log into, I’m not sure why, no one is helping me and I’m still paying. Is This is exactly how they want it? I hate it at square space

Square space is dangerous. They got my info and it’s been a fight ever since. They are well hidden away from the customers. Stay away!!!!!
As always - no help. Out of every account I have, Squarespace hands downs offers the worst customer service by a very long shot. Always friendly, never actually takes any action in correcting the issues and I am always the one who spends days and days figuring out how to correct it myself. It still isn’t fixed. Weeks of this. Worst service ever.
I hate leaving reviews so for you to get me to this point says something. You guys absolutely suck. Your customer service is horrible. Nobody is available to help. You redirect and point everywhere except to somebody who can help. I've dug through all your generic articles regarding my issue and haven't found a solution. Fire the c-suite, return investors their money, and dissolve yourself.
I am trying to find out why I cannot access my money in my account for weeks now and cannot get a live person.
Squarespace was unable to accept payment from me, and no one on their end could figure it out. After five days of trying with no success, I eventually went to another platform and my payment with the same card went through immediately
The attempt to help was very good. However, I couldn’t even get past first base. The person helping me was unable to locate the account for the Square my organisation uses. I gave the login email, I know the password, but the response was that the account could not be found. I was given a link to identify the account but was required to login to access the link. I can’t login. A 2FA code is sent to the phone associated with the Square but there is no phone plan on that phone. Various phones are used as a hotspot for the Square phone, but if we can’t get the authorisation code the Square is unusable. I was also told to find our SquareSpace code but nobody who uses the Square has charge details and nobody knows the SquareSpace number. The Square might as well go into the bin.
Having to pay a separate service to connect a calendar makes this a very expensive product.
To improve service next time: 1. Read my emails next time and don't reply them with repeated pointless requests as if Support is illiterate. 2. Read my previous feedback submission. 3. Answer questions simply. 4. Provide more account recovery methods than billing statements. It should be easily foreseeable (for Squarespace, not most small business owners buying a business) that a web designer might setup a web site, then be uncontactable.
Horrible experience, they are the worst I hate squarespace. Took days to reply and fix my solution. Was dealing with what seemed like a robot. I ended up having to spend days figuring it out and doing it myself. They will leave you in the dark No help what so ever USELESSS
Decent but wouldn’t let me cancel, then I never got refunded for this.

well, my squarespace workspace was charged twice and paid for twice from 2 of our credit cards. I was advised that Case # 14055385 was created and the issue was being looked into. To date I have not had an update nor a credit back in the amount of $353.61 Lets get this resolved and move on...
