Chime outsources its customer service to everywhere except native English speaking countries, it would seem. The reps often try to help, but they either do not have any power or they do not know how to help. To escalate an issue is very difficult and often results in more frustration. I have a message for Chime - this is money we are dealing with. It’s necessary for being able to buy food, put a roof over one’s head, etc. Your customers need to be able to communicate with your employees. Enough said.
Remember the candy called lifesaver? That's what Chime is to me a lifesaver it provides avenues to help me pay bills even when my money is low Chime provides the opportunity for me to stay on top of payments that I other wise wouldn't be able to manage and thanks to Chime my credit is looking better then ever,I'd recommend Chime to anyone that wants a card that really works on the consumers behalf.
I absolutely love Chime! I recommend their services to my friends and family all of the time. They offer free overdrafting which is not heard of usually, you can earn boost from friends with the same accounts. It's a fun app to open up and check out other things also like your credit score as well.

Chime lets me control my money not the other way around. My last bank let anyone go into my account and take out money out but with Chime I control who gets paid when I take money out and where my money goes

Chime scheduled my account for involuntary closure, then restricted my ability to deposit funds to resolve a negative balance and repay a $35 instant loan. Despite blocking all standard deposit methods, they kept sending notices warning that non-payment would be reported to the credit bureaus. When I contacted support, I was told the only accepted methods were direct deposit or Social Security deposits – neither of which was available to me. Two hours and twenty minutes on the phone, nine transfers between Member Services and the Fraud Department, and nothing but conflicting information with no resolution. At one point, a rep tried to claim that legitimate emails sent directly from Chime’s official support address were not authentic because they lacked a “reference number.” I have those emails. They came from Chime’s own domain and reference my actual account closure details. Nine transfers later, I was told Bancorp requested the closure, the account was no longer considered active, and Chime would not allow payment – but would still report the delinquency to the credit bureaus. I have written documentation from Chime acknowledging they were actively “reviewing options” to let me bring the account current. Blocking repayment while threatening credit damage is predatory. Chime should be held accountable.

I have enjoyed Chime, since I have switched from banking with Wells Fargo to Chime. I have enjoyed receiving my direct deposit three days early, being able to load cash onto the card and the only downside is you can only deposit cash 10 times but only $5,000. It should have a higher limit with more times to deposit.
Since I been tried to contact supervisor and investigate team they didnt good job but they refund my money back and also again yesterday they took my 100 dollar out of account that I didnt recognized that company then. They said take process day I was asking for emegrency. Tempor credit. I hate neen waiting too long and im in nursing home rehabilitation so they should doing real quick. To refund ... asap

I have been with chime bank for over three years now and I would say this is a horrible bank there employees are in different countries barely speak English have hardly any training because one person one the line tells you one thing then another tells you entirely something different I’m closing my account with chime bank. ASAP and going with Sofi banks I would not advise anyone to go with chime bank!!!!!’nnm nn
Hey, I like Chime a lot I love getting my check days early like three days early. . I love that if there’s a problem fraud or anything chime is on it. And they will recover your money.
