My experience was very successful when done online. But previously on several occasions when I called to temporarily unfreeze my credit it was already unfrozen. Even after I’d set a date for it to be frozen since the last time it was lifted only for a set period of time. I’ve gotten several discrepancies found on the dark web of my personal private information & some unknown added as well. The other two credit bureaus did honor the time period requested to refreeze my credit done by my phone instructions.
