I appreciate the real time tracking feature by your carrier. The delivery was very timely and well done. We had the first meal tonight, the Za'atar-Crusted Grilling Cheese meal. We didn't know what to expect but the meal was very unique and tasty.
I cooked one of the meal with my friend and a rock was found in the potato. She was not happy by this and I have not cooked one of the meals sence that indent planing on canceling my subscription.
I decided to come back and try Hello Fresh again and not very happy so far. My first box back was supposed to be delivered on Monday. I got an email saying it was delayed and would be here Tuesday. It is now Tuesday and no box. When I go to track the new tracking number the box has not even been picked up yet. I would venture to guess that the box will not arrive tomorrow either. Not a good re-start to the Hello Fresh Experience. Now I need to replan for 2 dinners this week.
First order was late. Customer service said nothing they could do. After speaking to a service manager I received my food the following day with a discount coupon. ☺️
While I have loved almost all the meals, the meat protein is very repetitive. Chicken is the protein for most of my meals and I would prefer more diversity
Meals are great, just what we need, would be nice if you could deliver box to the front door instead of in front of the garage. thank you.
Dislike receiving proteins that are leaking or otherwise not fully sealed. Carrots are rubbery about 40% of the time. Approximately 70% of the time I do not get all my recipe cards and have to look up the recipe on my phone.
Delivery was great and the recipes are easy to follow. Love the dinners.
I'd like you to be more careful when packing—this is the second time something has been missing, and it's very frustrating.

My meals were two days past the date I was supposed to receive them. The entire box went to the garbage. I go to support and was offered a partial refund. I declined that and said I wanted a full refund. They did agree to credit my account. Delivery is an issue.
Asparagus received today has some very soft tops One of my meals did not have the garlic powder in it
The box came without the cod for the premium meal. Bummer
1/3 meals i did not like- wasn’t sure if i was going to like any but was surprised with how easy it was to make and try a new dish full of flavor which seems to be a healthy way of eating as long as i follow my own vegan diet restrictions.
Easy prep is a plus would like to see some lower sodium options
