First order was late. Customer service said nothing they could do. After speaking to a service manager I received my food the following day with a discount coupon. ☺️
Dislike receiving proteins that are leaking or otherwise not fully sealed. Carrots are rubbery about 40% of the time. Approximately 70% of the time I do not get all my recipe cards and have to look up the recipe on my phone.
I'd like you to be more careful when packing—this is the second time something has been missing, and it's very frustrating.
The box came without the cod for the premium meal. Bummer
1/3 meals i did not like- wasn’t sure if i was going to like any but was surprised with how easy it was to make and try a new dish full of flavor which seems to be a healthy way of eating as long as i follow my own vegan diet restrictions.
When the boxes are late, it doesn't help with my meal planning.
Lack of variety of meals. Often same ingredients are repurposed with different names. Also quality of meat has not been great.
Have been using a new delivery company lately so it arrives super late. Also have had issues with protein being broken/unusable or missing items from recipes (ex - chicken Parmesan recipe came with potatoes but no breadcrumbs. there are no potatoes in the recipe tho??)
Recipe cards are great, ingredients are NOT.
2nd order received on May 15 was missing main ingredient for one meal. Sent dark chicken instead of pork chops!
My first couple boxes were amazing. Since then, I have missing meals, recipes hung up in the box tape or just damaged, meal bags busted open (or not properly sealed), etc. Quite messy actually. I don’t even refer people anymore. This is why I stopp d subscribing before. Sad.
This week there the recipe cards were missing. This happened previously the week before last. Precision and quality control is lacking.
