Just Eat are just not worth the risk. I ordered a meal; part of the meal was wrong, by the time it was replaced, the rest of the meal was cold. If I want a meal Im going to heat myself, I'll get one from a supermarket for a *fraction* of the cost. All I received back was £4.10 in credit. I wasn't asking for compensation, I was simply asking for a refund of the order - £17.95. Just Eat just aren't interested.
Absolutely terrible. Repeatedly deliver wrong things, give incorrect delivery times, refuse refunds when things don't turn up. Customer service is non-existant.
Shame i couldn't give it 0 stars. I made an order in just eat, then the restaurant I ordered from phoned me to tell me 2 of the items I ordered, equalling around £12 was out of stock , I was told to contact just eat foe a refund. Just eat have refused twice to give me a refund and expect t me to happily pay for items which I did not receive. Absolutely disgusting
Scamming customer service and drivers don’t give your mobile number in the chat these drivers will steal your food and the customer service will back them they all scammers do not buy from just eat
The delivery driver from Just Eat threw the remaining drink over me after he spilt it and then spat at me.

Ordered a Greggs for delivery. When turned up 3 items were missing. Went through the app to log missing items. Quickly got a response they were looking into it. Later sent further email saying there was no issue and no refund would be made. I appealed this which they looked into further, and come back with same response saying no issue found no refund. I then escalated further up and just had rude response. Went into Greggs and they were super apologetic and resolved my missing items. They then said that Just Eat never even contacted them about it. This is a company of robbers and scammers!! Will never be using again! Avoid at all costs or take the risk but don’t expect good results.
Just eat is one big scam! They dont care about customers just the restaurants. They make it impossible to contact them if something is wrong, just shitty AI taking you round in circles... save your money and use a different server, it will save you time stress and money. Forget those SCAMMERS
I was in Stirling in Scotland, i placed a grocery order with Just Eat for Asda to deliver to me appartment for 31 items, only 20 items arrived, after i contacted just eat they foobed me off and told me to wait 24hours for a reply, i rang the store and they informed my they had removed 11 items from the list and changed several other for alternative items(nothing similar), i then recieved an email from Just eat the following day to to say they were satisfied nothing could be done and the matter was closed, i paid for 31 items and recieved 20 (mostly wrong) and i am not entitled to a refund for the items i did not recieve, sorry but that is just blatant theft, should be called "just been Robbed" not just eat.

Ordered from Iceland via Just Eat. Walkers multiple crisps arrived and opened them, tasted horrible. Checked & it was a short date, not advertised. Immediately went on chat and explained order just arrived etc and was told no refund, I provided photos, still no reason provided. Spoke to 3 chat people - all automatic responses, this is not the experience we want, truly sorry. Then you wait ten mins & told sorry nothing we can do & then they sign off Immediately. No explanation, just rudeness. I closed account, would never use them again.
[REF: Order no. 860566048] My order was 20+ minutes late. Then my order was delivered to my neighbor. My neighbor was kind enough to let me know, and after all that, my order was wrong! Tried calling the restaurant; no answer. Contacted JustEat who asked for visual proof, which I did, and was told there was nothing they could do! Will not be ordering from them again!
I have used Just Eat for years and never really had any problems until I had a problem recently, so I ordered a Chinese and it was disgusting. I don’t know what was wrong with it…was the food out of date or was it poor quality? I don’t know, but I didn’t eat it and it cost me £40 so when I tried to contact Just Eat for a refund I had a reply with five minutes not really acknowledging anything I said just refusing to pay me I went back-and-forth maybe five times and just got a real generic response. I’m sure I was talking to a bot but yeah, no refund so I will never use this company again.

First time using Just Eat and very disappointed. My order (860534051) arrived cold — the burger was cold and the chips were soggy and cold. The food quality was clearly unacceptable. I reported the issue through the app, but the complaint system is very poor. It only allowed me to select options without properly explaining the problem, and there was no way to add details or communicate directly. The complaint was then rejected without a proper review, which is extremely frustrating. Very poor first experience. I expected better service, better food quality, and a fair way to resolve issues
