After 21 years with PayPal they have just gone downhill and there not far from closing down now as there are no benefits and only costs. Goodbye PayPal.
I trusted this company for years till recently. Was left embarrassed after payment refused in a shop they blamed shop it wasn't. Next time I booked an hotel room online again refused resulting in losing last room. Phoned PayPal not the slightest bit interested blamed company again and then hung up on me? What is going on with them cut up my card that they are trying to promote an absolute shambles sort your company out !!!
Bought an expensive new coat from go outdoors, arrived as used and dirty, so significantly not as described, PayPal didn't care and said sort it out with your bank. So PayPal is completely irrelevant now, used to be good for buyer protection back in the day, but now just use your bank.
