I recently bought some Uber Eats gift cards to add to my Uber Wallet and it was an absolute pain. They made it so complicated and my account kept saying it wasn't set up for Uber Cash, which had nothing to do with Uber Eats gift cards. The app and website Devs really need to simply the process of adding something as basic as a gift card to a wallet/payment method. Also, when paying for an item with a stored Uber Eats gift card, the final payment page gives the impression that my default debit or credit card is being used for the purchase. Uber Eats does have some great offers and can be cheaper than its UK rivals but it would be good to see where exactly the Uber rider or driver is on the displayed map so we'd know what route they were taking and if they were wasting time or unnecessarily stopping at other places on the way etc.
Recently, I placed two orders through Uber Eats, and one thing I really appreciate about the app is the wide delivery range. Unlike many other delivery apps, Uber Eats is available even for long-distance orders, which is very convenient. However, I have been facing an issue lately that has made my experience frustrating. After placing an order, some drivers accept the delivery request, hold it for several minutes, and then cancel it. Because of this, I often have to wait an extra 45 minutes or more for another driver to become available and accept the order. This has happened to me during my last two orders, and it has affected my overall satisfaction as a customer. I believe Uber Eats should consider reminding drivers that repeatedly accepting and canceling orders negatively impacts the customer experience and causes unnecessary delays. Honestly, this uncertainty now makes me hesitant to order through the app. Sometimes I feel it may be better to pick up the food myself rather than risk long delays caused by canceled deliveries. Other than this issue, I truly like the Uber Eats service, but I hope improvements can be made regarding drivers canceling accepted orders.
It wasn't a what! Kinda thing it was a boom we called and app and drivers answered by far Door dash and Uber and Lyft have been the best platforms out there can't wait to take my next trip or visit a restaurant, good job high fives!!!!
Delivery was on Time and driver's we're great.
I have canceled my order and was not refunded and I am with them on chat for 10 days and nothing is resolved yet. This is so bad I will make to stop ordering from Uber eats and let all my friends know that and how bad is uber eats
Food was hot still. The food was also very delicious. The delivery driver ensured I gave the pin.

I'd give 0 stars if I could placed an order with subway the order arrived and the sandwich was wrong so I messaged Uber and sent them pictures etc they offered me a £3.66 refund for an £8.32 sandwich and then closes the chat not allowing me to contact them again after I challenged this I emailed and got a message to say mt email hadn't been delivered this is not the first issue I have had either. I reported a shop for discrimination over an order that arrived with hair in it and Uber done nothing when I complained I've not received any refund for missing items in the past etc absolute sh1t show if a company and will deffo not be using them again
It was left in the wrong place (which requires me to then carry everything up two flights of stairs). It is very easy to find the main entrance, where there is an elevator. Secondly, two out of the three cartons of sodas were diet. I didn’t order diet and I won’t drink it. She didn’t bother to look carefully enough to make sure she bought the right items. Thirdly, since I didn’t want to carry two cartons of soda I’ll never drink up two flights of stairs, I couldn’t get refunded for them. I left them where they were delivered, and so I didn’t have pics of the barcode to prove that she bought the wrong kind.
Uber Eats has been how i order food for years now. Great service and if there are any issues they work to resolve it right away.
I never received my order from a store called scoops desserts, waited for 48 hours thinking it may be a system error that would reverse but nothing. Contacted user eats and was told my money would not be refunded because I waited for 2 days. I still want my money back!

Unbelievably bad. Could not change the delivery adress even though i just paid. Not even a minute has passed. I could not change from delivery to pick up and the support was just making circles and not helping
Misplaced order! I order food for the children this evening using Uber eats. What a big mistake...I should have stayed with the JustEats that I've always used. Long story short, food went to the wrong place. Right post code, right phone number, had my app open for contact if needed, couldn't call driver for some reasons. On top of this, I sent the driver a message after the order to explain there are multiple streets with similar name so use my post code as is on the app. After working for a while, lifted my eyes to look at the screen only to see a message...driver tried to call you but no response. And no refund. Children not eaten, time gone, etc. I have my call logs to proof no calls came in. No text on the app, etc. I shall be going to my bank to dispute the order and definitely last time using it. I think the complaints should lead to a full boycott of this service in the UK.
