My wife tried to contact the driver several times about the delivery address. She accidentally put in her work address instead of our home address and when she tried to contact the driver about her mistake he never answered and the VM was in Spanish. The driver also left the bag in the damn parking lot of where she works. If you are going to hire people to do a service for the public, at least have them know enough English to be able to communicate with their customers. Uber Eats is pathetic in their customer service also. No wonder they have such a low rating. If we could leave a zero star review we would and we would also take back the tip that the driver got.

Great Uber Eat driver. She was enthusiastic and had positive energy. She seemed to have enjoyed her delivery order assignment to my location. The food was hot and fresh and I received it in a timely manner.
