Without a doubt

Without a doubt, this is a complete scam. All the warnings and negative reviews you read online about these people are absolutely true. I never thought I could fall victim to such a scheme, but unfortunately, I lost an unbelievable €80,000. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. At first, everything seemed legitimate and professional. They convinced me to continue investing and constantly promised me I would soon be able to withdraw my money. But every time I requested a payout, new excuses, additional fees, or alleged regulations came up. I was constantly strung along until I realized I had been scammed. This realization was devastating. I was desperate, angry, and didn't know who to turn to. I was determined to join a joint lawsuit against these fraudsters because no one should have to go through something like this. After a long search, I finally came across F0⃥𝙓𝐁𝑈𝑋•⃥-0𝙍G and decided to contact them. To my surprise, they responded immediately. I explained everything that had happened, and they showed not only understanding but also genuine empathy. They assured me with great confidence that they would help me get my money back. The team worked quickly, professionally, and with great determination. I finally felt that someone was on my side and taking my case seriously. Just a few days later, I received the news I had given up on – my money had actually been recovered. When I saw the money back in my account, I was speechless. Not worth the effort.

Rates are good but the nonsensical account freezes and rejection of valid and compliant documentation indicates they have much work to do. Frustrating experience.

I want to close the account but it is not possible. I actually stopped opening an account because i found better options but somehow they still opened the account and now they refuse to close it 🤬

Feel like this is a SCAM

I have tried to sign up for WISE.COM and to say that I am scared of providing my information to this "SO CALLED" business is a gross understatement. On paper, it seems like a good way to send money internationally and their rate is enticing but that is where it all ends. I believe their call center is a SCAM and I came to this conclusion after talking to their representatives and being jerked around, being hung up on when I asked some questions that would expose them. They have verified my information, then verified my banking information along with my password and then they require a deposit of $20 and this is where everything went off the rails. They attempted to do (2) Deposits that never made it to my account and when I called to find out what is happening and why (2) TWO and they started to ask for more additional information. They now want a Copy of my DRIVERS LICENSE and my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER and when asked why they want this information, they say they need to verify who I am. I then tell them you already verified who I am on this phone call and there is NOTHING in their documentation that requires these 2 pieces of information. I asked to talk to a Supervisor and was told they would call me in less than an hour. 3 hours later, no call. I called them and they hung up on my and called back and they refused to allow me to talk to anyone. I believe they are a SCAM or at the least an organization that is incapable of conducting business professionally. With this information, I am afraid that I have provided too much information and left myself open to being robbed.

Shame on you wise.

I have been using wise for a long time without any problem until now. I send to Guatemala money that never arrived and was supposed to come back to me within 5 to 10 working days. I open a complaint and now they said that it can take up to 30 days. I called my bank to start a dispute and my bank refund me the money straight away. Now wise has blocked my account and say that the dispute is now closed and my account blocked. This is terrible service. I am very disappointed. I have to pay twice a few hundred pounds and only my back took care of me properly. Not good enough wise! Shame on you

I wouldn’t touch them with a 10 foot…

I wouldn’t touch them with a 10 foot barge pole! First they allowed me to transfer $200,000 and I uploaded all my documents to provide the evidence of it! Then when I wanted to do a couple of thousand dollars they won’t allow me. They keep sending me continuous request the bank statement statements that I’ve replied and shown them multiple times. I get messages at 123 o’clock in the morning to constantly provide them with documents I’ve had a gut full. I’ve also gone to the AFCA and ASIC over this. This has gone beyond an interrogation at this point. Why would you allow $200,000 to be transferred with the documents I provided but then you want to try and stop a few thousand dollars it makes no sense.! and I’ve had enough I will not be treated like this any further. I’m so stressed out and they cost me $17,000 in the process.!! do not use this services under any circumstances if you don’t want this harassment! And this is a true and honest recall and I’m happy to provide the evidence of that

Unacceptable for B2B: Support completely lacks common sense

Dear Wise Executive Management and Escalation Team, I am writing to you because I am absolutely appalled by the quality of your frontline customer support. I genuinely like your product—it is fast and the fees are great. However, your support agents blindly follow scripts, seem completely unable to step outside their macros, and lack basic common sense. This experience makes me seriously question: if I hold significant business funds with Wise and an issue arises, what will I do with a support team that cannot solve a simple, logical problem? I am seriously considering moving my business to Revolut. Here is the absurd situation that led to this escalation: 1. The Tax ID (CUI) display issue: I registered my Romanian entity (PFA) and provided my Tax ID. However, this Tax ID only appears in the profile settings. It does NOT appear on any generated account statements, proof of account ownership, or invoices. In the B2B world, the Tax ID is the primary company identifier! How am I supposed to invoice clients if they cannot see my Tax ID on the bank details? To solve this, I simply tried to add my Tax ID to my address line (since the address is displayed on all documents). Your support aggressively rejected this workaround but refused to offer any actual solution to make my Tax ID visible on my documents. 2. The Account Deletion & Reactivation: Extremely frustrated by this robotic, unhelpful support, I hastily closed my business account. After calming down, I realized I still wanted to use Wise, so I immediately reopened it. This triggered a manual review and an account restoration process. 3. The Absurd Document Request: To "prove" my company is still active, your support team demanded a full Certificate of Good Standing from the Trade Registry. My company was officially registered exactly ONE WEEK ago (and two of those days were the weekend!). How could it possibly be inactive? Furthermore, they blindly rejected a screenshot from the official government portal that perfectly proves the company is active using the Tax ID. The script in their heads completely overrode common sense. 4. The Delay: Despite the absurdity, I uploaded all the requested documents. Support promised me the review would take 1 day. I have heard absolutely nothing. I need a real human being with authority to look into my account right now. I have fully uploaded everything. I need my business account approved and activated immediately so I can finally receive my B2B payments through Deel. I expect a prompt resolution by a senior team member. Constant contradiction and apparent dishonesty

For over a month I have been contacting Wise support daily trying to get my account verified. Every single day I was told the same thing: that my case would be escalated to a “specialised team” and that I would hear back “tomorrow.” Tomorrow never came. The issue concerns verifying my home address, something I have already submitted multiple times. I genuinely do not understand how difficult it can be to verify a person’s address after repeated documentation has been provided. What made the experience even worse was the constant contradiction and apparent dishonesty. One support agent would assure me that my case had been escalated, only for the next agent to tell me it had not actually been escalated at all. This happened repeatedly. I felt like I was being misled just to end the conversation. The whole experience has been deeply frustrating, disheartening, and honestly humiliating. I expected far better communication and professionalism from a financial company handling people’s money and personal information. At this point I feel completely stuck in an endless loop of scripted responses with no real resolution.

All goes well until they freeze your account due to regulatory check for 2 weeks without any notice, email, warning, notification. Nothing. The customer support in the app is not proving a single line of help. Awful experience.

WISE STOLE MY MONEY – LIARS, SCAMMERS, AND ZERO SUPPORT

I am in complete shock. Wise has officially stolen my money, and no one at their so-called “support” team will take responsibility. A month ago, they told me they were closing my account and asked me to withdraw my funds. Fine. But every single time I tried to transfer MY money out, they cancelled the transfer. Their excuse? “Address proof.” I submitted that same document dozens of times – clear, valid, correct. But they kept rejecting it and cancelling my transfers over and over. I contacted support more times than I can count. Every agent promised me the same lie: “Nothing is wrong, you are eligible to take your funds, we will solve it.” Weeks went by. Nothing happened. They just kept closing the chat on me without any real solution. Then today – the final betrayal. I log in, and my money is GONE. Wise transferred all of it to a third-party account without my permission. They marked the transaction as “initiated by me” – which is a complete and utter LIE. I never authorized that transfer. I was literally in the middle of talking to support about getting MY money out, and instead of helping, they stole everything and shut me down. DO NOT TRUST WISE WITH A SINGLE DOLLAR. They will promise you the world, waste your time with fake document requests, lie to your face through support chats, and when you’re not looking – they will empty your account and pretend you did it.
