Without any reason, without any logic, without an explanation, and without any investigation. Just because: "We may close or suspend your account immediately, and end your access to our services, in exceptional circumstances."
The chat service is very bad. They are not intelligent or experienced enough. Also they are very rude. I think it is a bad bank. Very disappointing
